Tiffany Grissom graduated from Arizona State University with a B.S in Justice Studies and later earned her M.ED in Psychology and Counseling from Northern Arizona University. She started working with the adult probation population in 2000 and retired as a Division Manager from Maricopa County Adult Probation after 26 years of service. Following her retirement, she joined the Arizona Supreme Court Administrative Office of the Courts in Adult Probation Services.
Throughout her career, Tiffany has led a variety of specialty areas including IPS Sex Offender, GPS monitoring, standard probation, Drug Court, Veterans Court, the Juvenile Transfer Court program, Mental Health, Domestic Violence, Re-Entry, She has worked in the treatment courts since 2010. She also provides consulting and training through All Rise, assisting treatment courts around the country with evidence-based best practices and program development.
Tiffany is passionate about treatment court programs and enjoys collaborating with professionals from diverse disciplines to enhance community safety and improve the lives of individuals participating in treatment courts. Witnessing successful outcomes, along with stronger and safer communities, continues to drive her passion for this work.
